Sequence of rotating nickel-titanium instruments with low threading effect.
Sequence used for most channels (over 80% of cases) - Easy or medium channels.
The cutting wire guarantees optimum efficiency;
The combination of a triangular section and alternating cutting blades (spirals) ensure an efficient elimination of debris;
Safety Tip, exclusive FKG safety tip guarantees safe / centered penetration into the channel;
The reduction of the number of instruments necessary for the preparation of the channel offers economy, comfort and gain of time;
Preservation of dentin thickness increases the chances of long-term success;
Electro-chemical surface polishing, giving greater resistance to fatigue and corrosion;
Control of instrument fatigue is possible thanks to the MemoDisc Safety disk;
Active part with innovative anti-threading design allows you to work smoothly while maintaining tactile sensitivity.
How to use:
Prepare the access cavity - locate the channel (s) inlet (s).
1- Scan the channel with the # 8-10 manual file to a safe depth - usually the apparent length of the tooth minus 2-3 mm. The manual file acts as a guide for RaCe.
2- Prepare the cervical and middle third with Pre-RaCe 40.10 and 35.08.
3- Determine the length of Work (CT) using the apical locator or radiographic technique.
4- Continue the enlargement of the anatomical diameter of the canal:
Using in sequence: RaCe 25.06 / 25.04 / 25.02;
Use each instrument until you feel slight resistance (do not force the instrument), switch to the next, and so on. to the CT. In many cases (anterior teeth) you can reuse at 25.06 until the CT.
Torque * (most cases) = 1 Ncm
Speed = 500 to 600 rpm.
